General Provisions

ev222 ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online entertainment and gaming service provider. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between you and ev222. By using the platform, you are fully accepting these terms.

These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any difference in meaning between the two versions, the English version will prevail. However, for the convenience of users in Bangladesh, we have provided a complete Bengali translation.

• Driving licence

Withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC process is completed. This is an integral part of our security system.

Account Management

3.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your account. Do not share your password or login details with anyone. ev222 will never ask for your password.

If you suspect that there has been unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. ev222 is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorised access, unless our clear negligence is proven.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change (address, phone number, email), update your profile immediately or notify our support team. ev222 is not responsible for issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Account Balance

Your account balance is applicable for use on the ev222 platform only. It is not real currency and cannot be transferred for any external purpose. The balance represents your betting credits, which are withdrawable under specific conditions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits at ev222: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third-party payment method is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the transaction will be cancelled and the account may be subject to review.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used to make the deposit
• For successfully verified accounts, withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed

4.3 Transaction Security

ev222 uses SSL encryption for all financial transactions. Our payment system is fully secure. However, if a transaction is delayed due to a technical error, please contact our support team.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

ev222 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Any bonus can be claimed once only
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already active
• Bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to restrictions on specific games
• The time limit for meeting wagering requirements will be stated in the relevant bonus description
• If bonus abuse is suspected, ev222 reserves the right to investigate and cancel the bonus

5.3 VIP Program

ev222's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the player's activity and participation. ev222 reserves the right to modify the terms of VIP benefits.

Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

ev222 is committed to ensuring fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our games are sourced from trusted providers and are operated using RNG (Random Number Generator) technology.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game has its own rules, which can be found in that game's interface. Read the rules carefully before playing. In any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of the rules, ev222's decision will be considered final.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes a game result to be uncertain or incorrect, ev222 reserves the right to cancel that round or session. In such cases, the amount wagered will be returned. Any "alleged winnings" arising from a technical error are not applicable.

6.4 Sports Betting

The following conditions apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports:

• Betting markets remain active within a specific time window
• Bets cannot be changed until the official result is announced
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets will be refunded
• ev222 reserves the right to suspend betting markets for irrelevant or uncertain reasons

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ev222:

7.1 Fraudulent Activities

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Using a false identity or forged documents
• Deliberate betting with the intent to abuse bonuses
• Using another person's account
• Using automated bots or software

7.2 Financial Crimes

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering
• Using a third-party payment method
• Gaining unfair advantage through chargebacks or payment disputes

7.3 Technical Abuse

• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game system
• Attempting unauthorised access to other users' accounts
